How will I be notified about updates to my accommodation request?

All automated updates about your request will be sent to the personal email address you used to create your Disclo account. These notifications are typically not sent to your work email unless your employer has specifically requested that Disclo send them there.

However, Disclo staff may use your work email address for direct, unautomated communication, such as when following up on the status of your medical documentation. This practice ensures timely receipt of important information and helps facilitate the efficient progression of your case.
