What is the role of my case manager in the accommodation process?

Your case manager oversees the review of your accommodation request and guides the interactive process. They evaluate the details of your request, consider your job responsibilities, and ensure the appropriate information is available to make an informed decision.

Throughout the process, your case manager may communicate with you to clarify your needs, discuss potential accommodation options, and explore effective solutions. Once a decision is made, they are responsible for facilitating implementation and helping ensure the approved accommodation is put into place appropriately.
